Much of my work begins with a simple question: what would make this experience better for the people it’s intended to serve? The projects below show how that question has shaped approaches to content, communication, and engagement.
Turning Instagram Into a Search Tool
Insights
Wichita State had invested significant resources into creating College Tour content, but most of its value was concentrated in the initial publication period. Students seeking information later had limited ways to rediscover the content, highlighting an opportunity to transform Instagram from a content consumption channel into an evergreen information resource.
Strategy
Extend the lifespan of College Tour content by organizing it into a searchable, student-friendly Instagram experience that made key information accessible on demand while driving continued engagement with the full campus tour experience.

Execution
- Launched a dedicated Instagram Highlight to serve as a central hub for College Tour content.
- Partnered with video and motion design teams to produce and prepare content for the experience.
- Grouped videos into labeled sections, helping viewers quickly find relevant content.
- Incorporated regular promotion of the Highlight into future content plans to maintain visibility and audience engagement.
Impact
- Transformed existing content into an evergreen student resource rather than a one-time campaign asset.
- Improved content discoverability for prospective and current students seeking campus information.
- Extended the value and lifespan of Wichita State’s College Tour content investment.
